When you have suffered a loss and need to make a claim, we will help you so your claim is settled as quickly and as favourably as possible. To do this we have a dedicated, NC Insurance Assist claims line for any accident or incident, including theft or damage to your vehicle. In addition to that, our Claims Director, Phil Lakey is available during office hours.

Phil or a member of the claims department will make sure your insurance company is notified (some insurers prefer you to do this direct so if you’re in any doubt just call us) and that the process of making an insurance claim and settling your claim isn’t delayed.
