This winter, thousands of people across the UK are facing the horror of homelessness and are in crisis due to the terrible plight of poverty. CEO Sleepout is a charity set up to fight homelessness and poverty. Their fight is funded with money raised by executives sleeping out for charity to raise sponsorship from their business contacts and friends.
On the night of 1st March 2018, our very own Claims Director, Phil Lakey, will be braving the conditions at St James Park, Newcastle to raise awareness and funds for this great charity. Phil will join business leaders, community leaders, owners, managers and directors of other North East businesses in what promises to be an amazing night.
So far more than 1,400 executives have raised a staggering £1.4 MILLION for Homeless causes and any help you can give to increase this figure would be greatly appreciated. To donate, simply visit Phil’s Just Giving page at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/phil-lakey

Phil Lakey had this to say:
“On the night of Thursday 1st March 2018, I will be sleeping rough for the night to raise funds to fight local homelessness and poverty.
This amazing event is part of CEO Sleepout, a charity that challenges business leaders to sleep rough for a night to help make Tyneside a fairer place to live and work. The event takes place at St James’ Park.
There’s no known training for sleeping rough so I’m a little apprehensive about the experience, but your support will help to make it all worthwhile. I’m aiming to raise £1,000 on the night so your support would be very much appreciated.”
All the team at NC Insurance wish Phil and all the other business leaders taking part in CEO Sleepout a mild and dry night. And if you can help, please visit https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/phil-lakey
